Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch-Speaking Reservation Consultant for Hotels to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients book their dream accommodations, providing exemplary service and support throughout the reservation process.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to assist in hotel reservations through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information on hotel options, availability, and pricing tailored to client needs.
- Process reservation requests accurately, ensuring all client specifications and preferences are met.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to hotel bookings with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document all client interactions and reservations in the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
- Keep updated with hotel industry trends, promotions, and available packages to offer clients relevant options.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to embrace the opportunity to live and work in Greece.
Nice to Have
- Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- A passion for travel and knowledge of popular hotel destinations.
