Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Remote Support Specialist based in Greece. You will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support and solutions to Dutch-speaking clients, troubleshooting issues efficiently, and collaborating with the team to resolve complex problems.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality technical support to clients through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and services efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in customer support systems.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems that require additional expertise.
- Advise clients on utilizing products effectively and share best practices.
- Solicit feedback to help improve service quality and enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous training to remain informed about new technologies and product updates.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
