Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Remote Customer Service Representative. You will provide exceptional remote customer service to Dutch-speaking clients. The role begins with a 3-month fully supported training program in Greece, after which you will transition to a fully remote position.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Master client systems through hands-on training and team collaboration.
