Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch Speaking Recruiter for a fully remote, entry-level position. With all training provided, you will help connect talented candidates with their next opportunities. This role is an ideal starting point for someone passionate about beginning a career in recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- No previous recruitment experience is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to assist candidates.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- A passion for starting a career in recruitment and a commitment to connecting talent with opportunities.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is beneficial.
