This role is for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent in the iGaming industry, based in Malta with Next Job Abroad. You will handle customer inquiries across sportsbook and online casino platforms via phone, chat, and email, taking full ownership of issues and contributing to operational efficiency and service targets.
What You'll Do
- Resolving customer queries via phone, live chat and email
- Managing withdrawals and payment-related questions
- Processing KYC documentation and enhanced due diligence
- Running security checks on accounts and transactions
- Collaborating with payments, fraud and compliance teams
- Analysing customer trends and improving internal processes
- Contributing to KPIs and service level targets
What We're Looking For
- Dutch language proficiency
- Ability to work in an English-speaking environment
- Expertise in iGaming products such as sportsbook and online casino
