Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Hotel Reservations Advisor to help our Dutch-speaking clients secure their ideal accommodations. You’ll be a key point of contact, ensuring every booking experience is smooth and exceptional. This position includes a fully paid relocation to Greece, where you’ll join our dedicated team.

What You'll Do

Assist Dutch-speaking customers with hotel reservations via phone, email, and chat.
Provide detailed information on hotel options, amenities, rates, and special promotions.
Process reservation requests accurately and verify all details with the client.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to hotel bookings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservation details within our CRM system.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in the hospitality industry to provide informed recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in English.
Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a related field.
A strong passion for travel and knowledge of popular hotel destinations and services.
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
