Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative to provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate information and effective problem resolution.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Offer accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions in support systems.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex problems.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate customer needs.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
