Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch Speaking Customer Support professional for a Home Entertainment department. In this role, you will provide support to Dutch-speaking clients and work as part of a team dedicated to customer satisfaction and innovation from our base in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment products, ensuring they have the best experience possible.
- Document and track customer interactions diligently in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong enthusiasm for customer service and home entertainment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
