Next Job Abroad is hiring a Customer Service professional fluent in Dutch to provide support to our clients. You will handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction from our offices in Bulgaria.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely and efficient customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, accounts, and promotions while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product information and industry trends to offer informed support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.
