Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service professional to provide exceptional support to clients in the telecommunications industry. You will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling their inquiries and resolving issues remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile plans, billing, and troubleshooting.
- Handle complaints and technical issues professionally and efficiently.
- Educate customers about service features and benefits.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, company updates, and product offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for the telecommunications industry and a desire to assist customers effectively.
