Requirements • Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and English, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience in customer service, with preference given to retail industry background. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities. • Proven ability to manage complex customer complaints and demonstrate advanced problem-solving techniques. • Proficient in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office applications. • Meticulous attention to detail with superior organizational competencies. • Highly adaptable and enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced retail environment.
