Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join the team supporting a leading online bank. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their banking inquiries and ensuring a high-quality service experience in Dutch.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide accurate information regarding account management, technical support, and banking products.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to online banking platforms.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about new banking features and industry regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries in a remote work environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
