TD Bank was looking for a Customer Experience Associate

Join TD Bank as a Customer Experience Associate, the frontline of TD Canada Trust. You will build customer relationships by handling service transactions, advising on products and services, and identifying opportunities to connect customers with the right team members.

What You'll Do

  • Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per standardized procedures.
  • Understand customer needs to recommend specific solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard activities as needed.
  • Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately.
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
  • Help build a positive and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • A High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet.
  • A proactive individual who can exercise initiative, handle details, and manage several tasks with changing priorities.
  • A dynamic communicator with strong customer experience skills who can connect calmly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Nice to Have

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent.
