Requirements - Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and English, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication. - Prior customer service experience, particularly within media or entertainment domains, is advantageous. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mentality. - Proven capability to diagnose technical complications and provide clear, actionable guidance. - Advanced competency in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office suite. - Highly meticulous with superior organizational capabilities. - Genuine enthusiasm for media and entertainment, with comprehensive understanding of industry developments.
