Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for the hospitality and tourism industry. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about travel, dedicated to providing outstanding service to Dutch-speaking clients from a remote location within Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat for all travel and hospitality inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking processes, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide detailed information about travel destinations, accommodations, and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to find solutions and improve service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, travel policies, and company offerings.
- Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
