Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to provide exceptional customer support to our Dutch-speaking clients. In this remote role based in Greece, you'll join a supportive team dedicated to service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and care.
- Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Get familiar with our client systems to deliver high-quality service efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools for remote work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligible to work (remotely) in Greece.
