Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to deliver high-quality support to our clients. You will work remotely from Bulgaria, providing a key service through direct client interaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, resolving inquiries with professionalism.
- Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Familiarize yourself with client systems to deliver high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies suitable for remote work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Open to relocating to Bulgaria.
