Meticulously document customer interactions and systematically update information within our customer relationship management platform. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify potential service improvements and contribute to continuous excellence. Engage collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall customer engagement. Continuously develop comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, service spectrum, and industry trends to deliver superior customer assistance. Requirements Native or near-native Dutch language proficiency (written and verbal); supplementary English language skills are advantageous. Previous customer service experience is desirable, though not strictly mandatory. Demonstrated excellence in communication and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.
