Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative to provide excellent customer service remotely from Greece. In this role, you will support Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients across multiple communication channels as part of a dedicated support team.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address inquiries related to products, services, and company policies with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for enhanced service quality.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish language
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (implied for operations)
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly
- Accuracy and efficiency in handling customer inquiries
- Ability to document interactions thoroughly in a CRM system
