Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Customer Support professional to provide expert assistance to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues professionally.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to automotive products, services, and policies accurately and professionally.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
