Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Customer Support professional to provide expert assistance to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues professionally.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to automotive products, services, and policies accurately and professionally.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
