Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high-quality service experience and contributing to the team's success.
What You'll Do
- Offer outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on company offerings and policies.
- Participate in training sessions.
