Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Customer Service Associate to join our remote team across Greece. In this role, you will provide direct assistance to Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled effectively and their experience is positive.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
- Assist with customer inquiries and effectively resolve any issues or complaints.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service quality improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest company offerings and policies.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine desire to assist customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to work remotely from anywhere in Greece while being an integral part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
