Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional support for an e-commerce company. You will deliver assistance through phone, email, and live chat to Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and delightful shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, products, and services, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, providing solutions that ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and changes within the e-commerce platform.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote working environment.
- Proficient in using computer applications and online communication platforms.
- A proactive and engaging attitude towards customer interaction and problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within e-commerce, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is advantageous.
