Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Customer Care Advisor for Fashion Retail to provide outstanding customer support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. You will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-notch customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to fashion products, order tracking, and store policies.
- Educate customers on product selections and current fashion trends.
- Document and manage customer interactions in our CRM platform to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for customer care.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in utilizing computers and online communication platforms.
- A keen eye for fashion trends and a positive, energetic approach to customer interactions.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or fashion, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer support tools is a plus.
