Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Customer Advisor for Smart Home & Appliances to provide expert technical support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, installations, and maximizing the use of smart home technology.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home and appliance products via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, guide them through troubleshooting processes, and provide technical support.
- Help customers with installations, set up devices, and maximize the use of their smart home technology.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer inquiries and suggestions.
- Keep informed about the latest trends in smart home technology and product features.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in smart home technologies and home appliances.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, particularly in the tech industry, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
