Join ChromoLogic as a Drone Engineering Intern and gain direct experience with advanced aerospace and tracking technology. You will help build, test, and refine next-generation drone systems, working directly with engineers on hardware and software.
What You'll Do
- Develop and document system requirements for remote drone command and real-time data streaming.
- Assemble, integrate, and calibrate hardware on a small quadcopter platform.
- Configure flight controllers and firmware to enable reliable telemetry and remote pilot commands.
- Perform both bench and field testing to validate system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communication issues.
- Work closely with engineers to document configurations, test results, and improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, soldering, or basic electronics.
- Familiarity with flight controllers and autopilot software.
- Basic understanding of wireless communication and data streaming.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
