TBC Corporation is hiring a Service and Delivery Driver to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by transporting products in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles. You will also assist with general maintenance and organization within our warehouse, with opportunities for career growth.

What You'll Do

Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies.
Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
Securely handle COD (cash or check) as required per company policy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
Maintain exceptional Customer Service based on our People Focused Values.
Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed.
Complete other duties as requested or needed.

What We're Looking For

A Safety 1st Mentality.
1+ years of no at-fault accidents and a clean MVR.
A current driver’s license relevant to the types and classes of vehicles driven.
The ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50lbs.
Willingness to complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by policy and DOT regulations.
Commitment to abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
