Huntsman is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support our revenue teams by analyzing lead generation, prospecting, deal flow, and the revenue pipeline. You will be responsible for optimizing the sales process and implementing solutions based on rigorous data analysis.
What You'll Do
- Assist Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Sales Leadership in interacting with data in CRM (Salesforce) and interconnected systems to drive better execution of sales strategy.
- Analyze lead and opportunity assignment engines to match the right individuals and companies with the right sales professionals.
- Create sales and revenue forecasts using pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key sales performance indicators.
- Gather and organize data to generate deeper customer insight and enhance sales productivity.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure business data and reporting is 100% in sync for all members of Go-To-Market teams.
- Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Conduct complex, important work under minor supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, economics, etc.) and/or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in SaaS Sales/Revenue Operations with a leading technology company.
- Proficiency with Salesforce object and reporting schemas.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel functions and modeling.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to present data cross-functionally and to executives.
- Meticulous organizational and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ object and reporting schemas.
- Experience developing Tableau and Quick Sight dashboards and visualizations.
