We are hiring a District Sales Manager to manage and engage Buick/GMC dealerships within the Kansas City territory. In this role, you will be the critical link between GM and its dealers, driving sales performance through direct partnership and on-site presence.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM partners.
- Grow and foster strong, collaborative partnerships with dealerships.
- Provide mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly and yearly sales objectives are met.
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other feedback to identify opportunities or address deficiencies.
- Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealers, independent aftermarket (IAM), and GM.
- Monitor dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements and objectives.
- Assist with dealership inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering and inventory stabilization.
- Analyze dealer sales, local market data, and competition to identify revenue opportunities.
- Increase sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts.
- Assist in customer problem resolution.
- Travel to dealers within your designated region.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years in sales and customer service roles.
- Ability to travel 100% of the time, be mobile now and in the future, and relocate anywhere within the United States.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
- Strong ability to establish relationships through partnership.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity effectively.

Work Mode
This is a remote position based in the United States, with extensive travel required to dealerships within the assigned Kansas City district.
