Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is hiring a District Manager to coordinate commercial activity and lead in-field teams within an assigned geography. In this role, you will create, implement, and communicate a District Sales Plan, monitor its progress, and ensure sales targets are met. You will be responsible for driving top- and bottom-line results by maximizing market and team dynamics while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or a business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
- Business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance.

- Proven ability to deliver candid, effective feedback and efficiently manage performance.

- Satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations in assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
Nice to Have
- Minimum 3–5 years of successful people leadership experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, either directly or indirectly managing field teams.
- Data-driven business acumen, with experience using analytics/CRM tools to set strategy, prioritize resources, and course-correct performance.
- Consistent top performance history, demonstrated by President’s Club / top-tier rankings or equivalent multi-year sales awards at the district or regional level.
- Proven track record of developing talent, including hiring, coaching, and promoting direct reports into higher-level roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, with examples of driving adoption of new strategies, launches, or organizational transformations.
- Strong command of compliance and ethical standards in a highly regulated environment, with demonstrated ability to lead compliant teams.
