Responsibilities
- Oversees and mentors 6 to 8 Store Managers, guiding them to lead and support their teams effectively.
- Collaborates with Regional Managers, HR partners, and corporate staff to strengthen business operations.
- Works with HR and Learning & Development to identify and grow leadership potential across the district.
- Proactively recruits external talent to elevate overall team capabilities.
- Ensures consistent and effective implementation of new company policies and initiatives.
- Analyzes district and store performance data, identifying trends and coaching managers to address challenges or leverage opportunities.
- Drives financial success by ensuring strong customer service and operational execution.
- Balances performance monitoring and compliance checks with in-person coaching and team development.
- Spends at least 90% of the workweek traveling to stores, requiring reliable transportation and driving ability.
- Monitors competitive landscape and growth prospects, sharing insights and expansion ideas with leadership.
- Gathers feedback on existing programs and shares best practices across the district.
- Adapts strategies to local market conditions for optimal results.
- Empowers store-level decision-making while maintaining alignment with company and district goals.
- Manages staffing across locations, reassigning personnel to meet performance or operational needs.
- Fosters positive community relationships in operating areas.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
