AbbVie is hiring a District Manager to lead our sales efforts within the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through strategic planning, efficient team building, and strong customer relationship management.
What You'll Do
- Develop and adjust sales plans based on company targets and regional sales performance.
- Analyze, manage, and allocate regional resources, and summarize outcomes.
- Build an efficient team, provide professional training, and create individual development plans for team members.
- Maintain relationships with regional customers and key opinion leaders, and identify opportunities to expand new business.
- Establish cross-departmental and cross-regional communication mechanisms to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Strictly adhere to company ethics and compliance policies (OEC) and effectively execute market plans.
- Promptly report adverse drug events related to company products and cooperate with Pharmacovigilance (PV) as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience.
- Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong medical knowledge and market planning/execution capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective presentation and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Ability to undertake business travel as required by the company.
