Austin Health is looking for a Director of Nursing to lead the GV Health Tatura Campus. You will serve as the Campus Manager, providing day-to-day leadership and management for the acute hospital service and the on-site Parkvilla Aged Care facility.
What You'll Do
- Ensure efficient and effective management of the campus.
- Provide clinical and strategic leadership to the team.
- Embed risk minimization practices across campus operations.
- Lead continual performance monitoring and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the delivery of quality, safe patient and resident care in accordance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and The Aged Care Quality Standards.
