Staff4Me is hiring a Dispatcher to be the central hub for our daily operations. In this Work From Home (WFH) role, you will oversee customer service, technician dispatch, team leadership, and overall business performance. Your work will directly foster a positive team culture, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency and growth.
What You'll Do
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team environment.
- Oversee team scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Respond to incoming service requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service, maintenance, and sales calls.
- Address customer concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Manage daily office workflows and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to support profitability and growth.
- Work closely with ownership to meet sales targets and manage key accounts.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs to high standards.
- Track key performance metrics including return rates, crew retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Use internal systems (ServiceTitan) to manage reporting and operations.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, operations, or customer service management specifically within the HVAC or a related service industry.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
