RemoteVA PH is looking for a Dispatcher (Taxi Services) to manage our taxi dispatch operations with efficiency and professionalism. In this remote role, you will coordinate drivers, handle customer requests, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate taxi dispatch operations by assigning drivers to customer requests promptly and accurately.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and customers via phone, radio, or digital platforms.
- Monitor schedules and routes to ensure timely service and resolve any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, driver availability, and customer interactions.
- Handle urgent situations with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Proven experience as a Taxi Dispatcher.
- Strong, clear, and pleasant voice for effective communication.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software, communication tools, and basic computer applications.
- Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and empathy.
