Clarion Home Services Group is hiring a Dispatcher

Clarion Home Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher to be the primary contact point for internal and external customers. In this role, you will match technicians to service calls to achieve financial goals and exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with technicians, service managers, and CSRs to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Dispatch service calls by priority, urgency, and profitability to meet or exceed daily revenue goals.
• Provide regular updates to customers and reschedule or advance calls according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with field supervisors to strategically assign first calls for the next day.
• Coordinate multifaceted jobs and facilitate communication between technicians and vendors.
• Relay accurate information to technicians regarding customer concerns to ensure best-in-class service.
• Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the company brand.
• Provide backup support for incoming service calls as needed.
• Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatching.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of professional dispatching experience, preferably in home trade services.
• Ability to travel to regional branch locations for training as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in an HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical setting is highly preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
