Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Disaster Recovery Coordinator to join our Public Health Services and Solutions team. In this full-time, salaried role, you will deliver Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery services to assigned client accounts and internal Gainwell solutions, ensuring operational resilience.
What You'll Do
- Provide input to develop best practice Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes and documentation.
- Write and update Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Plan, conduct, and lead Table-Top and Live Disaster Recovery Exercises.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, reviews, and information gathering sessions with client account teams, delivery teams, and third-party vendors.
- Respond to RFP and Audit requests.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of direct Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity experience.
- CBCP or equivalent professional certification.
- A working knowledge of current IT technologies including Servers, Mainframe, Virtual Server Environments, Storage, Data Replication, High Availability, Networking, Active Directory, Load Balancing, and Cloud technology.
- A strong working knowledge of server and data backup and replication technologies, including electronic data replication and mirroring, backup and recovery tools, High Availability, SAN replication, Site Recovery Manager, and Elastic Disaster Recovery Service.
- A thorough understanding of RTO and RPO and how different technologies achieve those requirements.
- Proven ability to conduct a Business Impact Analysis.
- Proficiency at the 10 Professional Practices defined by DRII.
- Strong Project Management ability with minimal supervision and proven leadership across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
Nice to Have
- Disaster Recovery experience in cloud environments, including private and public clouds like AWS and Azure.
- Experience working for a Service Provider.
- Familiarity with Health, Medical, or Government environments.
