Keyrock is hiring a Director/Associate Director, Institutional Sales - Digital Assets (Middle East, Remote)

About the Role

Keyrock is seeking a seasoned Director or Associate Director of Institutional Sales based in the Middle East to join our team remotely. Reporting directly to the Head of Institutional Sales, you will be a key member of our Institutional Sales business, focused on delivering our suite of OTC Spot, Derivatives, Lending, and Borrowing services to our institutional client base.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire and manage institutional relationships, including hedge funds, VC firms, payment providers, brokers, retail platforms, token issuers, and mining companies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive institutional strategy and community initiatives like conferences and events.
  • Build and grow a dynamic client pipeline, driving Keyrock’s Business Development process.
  • Manage and ensure proper reporting structures, both internally and for clients.
  • Be a driving force to continuously expand Keyrock’s client-facing products and services in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Work closely with the rest of Keyrock's team to incorporate market feedback into existing businesses.

What We're Looking For

  • Studies in finance, engineering, data science, econometrics, or a similar field.
  • A passion for and knowledge of digital assets and algorithmic trading.
  • A strong institutional network in both the crypto industry and traditional finance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven institutional sales experience with a successful track record across traditional and digital finance.
  • Capacity to work closely with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • A high capacity for organizational design.
  • Experience with institutional marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as Options, Futures, Fixed Income, OTC structured products, and Market Making algorithms.

You will report directly to the Head of Institutional Sales and work closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team.

This is a fully remote position based in the Middle East.
