Keyrock is seeking a seasoned Director or Associate Director of Institutional Sales based in the Middle East to join our team remotely. Reporting directly to the Head of Institutional Sales, you will be a key member of our Institutional Sales business, focused on delivering our suite of OTC Spot, Derivatives, Lending, and Borrowing services to our institutional client base.
What You'll Do
- Acquire and manage institutional relationships, including hedge funds, VC firms, payment providers, brokers, retail platforms, token issuers, and mining companies.
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive institutional strategy and community initiatives like conferences and events.
- Build and grow a dynamic client pipeline, driving Keyrock’s Business Development process.
- Manage and ensure proper reporting structures, both internally and for clients.
- Be a driving force to continuously expand Keyrock’s client-facing products and services in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Work closely with the rest of Keyrock's team to incorporate market feedback into existing businesses.
What We're Looking For
- Studies in finance, engineering, data science, econometrics, or a similar field.
- A passion for and knowledge of digital assets and algorithmic trading.
- A strong institutional network in both the crypto industry and traditional finance.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven institutional sales experience with a successful track record across traditional and digital finance.
- Capacity to work closely with team members and internal stakeholders.
- A high capacity for organizational design.
- Experience with institutional marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as Options, Futures, Fixed Income, OTC structured products, and Market Making algorithms.
