Jobgether is hiring a Director, Technical Product Marketing to lead the strategy and execution for our technical solutions. You will shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives to clearly communicate product value, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to align innovation with customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and narratives to establish the company as a category leader in Continuous Delivery and related spaces.
- Collaborate with Product and Revenue teams to incorporate the Voice of the Customer into product roadmap decisions.
- Partner with senior marketing leadership to develop realistic marketing plans aligned with company priorities.
- Lead and mentor Product Marketers, guiding Go-To-Market strategy and execution for product launches.
- Oversee development of market-facing content including blogs, videos, press releases, and case studies.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts, representing the company in briefings and market research.
- Represent the company at conferences, events, and external engagements to enhance visibility.
- Manage a high-performing team, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM roles, with at least 3 years leading product marketing functions.
- Strong technical understanding of Continuous Delivery tools, including Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to own GTM strategy and execution for enterprise SaaS solutions, particularly in DevOps or GitOps.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business-oriented messaging.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Product, Revenue, and other Marketing functions to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Established relationships with key market analysts and media.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Compensation: $255,000–$275,000 USD annually + equity in stock options.
