Hilton is looking for a Director of Sales Strategy to lead strategic initiatives supporting Business Transient and Group segments for our Global Sales Team. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, focusing on growing market share and delivering on customer promises.
What You'll Do
- Design and structure high-priority strategic initiatives by defining problem statements, clarifying objectives, and developing execution roadmaps.
- Build business cases and value frameworks, including detailed financial models and ROI analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Design go-to-market and execution plans by partnering with Sales leaders, Product, and other commercial teams to define target segments and sales motions.
- Drive performance-focused initiatives by analyzing sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with Global Sales Leadership as a trusted strategy partner, participating in strategic planning and facilitating workshops.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technology on business cases, implementation, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Regional and Segment Sales Teams to ensure global strategies are informed by customer insights and can be operationalized.
- Deliver enterprise-level strategy decks, business cases, program charters, and go-to-market plans.
What We're Looking For
- Ten (10) years of professional experience.
- Seven (7) years of work experience in strategy, project management, commercial planning, consulting, or sales strategy roles.
- Five (5) years of experience leading large, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Five (5) years of experience managing through influence in a matrixed global organization and partnering with senior leaders.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Nice to Have
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MA/MS Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- Experience within hospitality, travel, and/or similar industry.
- Strategy consulting experience.
- Prior experience working directly with or supporting sales teams; knowledge of sales systems (e.g., Salesforce).

This role is part of the Global Sales Team and reports to the Senior Director, Sales Strategy & Planning.

- Compensation: $110,000-$160,000 annually, determined by experience and location.
