About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes to meet aggressive revenue targets
  • Direct a team of sales and account managers to optimize performance and client retention
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead high-value negotiations with enterprise clients
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
  • Ensure consistent delivery of value propositions across all client interactions
  • Drive contract renewals and upsell initiatives to maximize lifetime customer value
  • Establish best practices for sales operations and account planning
