About the Role

The individual in this role will lead national sales strategies, oversee team performance, and contribute to scaling revenue operations across key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor regional sales teams to exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine go-to-market messaging
  • Manage key customer accounts and high-value negotiations
  • Monitor sales performance using data-driven metrics and KPIs
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders across client organizations
  • Drive adoption of sales technologies and CRM best practices
  • Oversee sales forecasting and pipeline accuracy
  • Partner with product teams to communicate customer feedback
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with leadership
  • Optimize sales processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
  • Support merger and acquisition integration efforts as needed
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Maintain alignment with customer success teams
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Contribute to long-term revenue planning and goal setting
