Responsibilities

- Create and maintain customer success metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and deliver customer success training programs.
- Manage customer escalations and issues.
- Ensure customer success processes are followed and improved.
- Provide regular reports on customer success performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback.
- Ensure customer success goals are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
- Ensure customer success processes are scalable and efficient.
- Develop and implement customer success playbooks.
- Conduct regular customer health checks.
- Ensure customer success initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
