Synthesia is hiring a Director, Customer Success - DACH

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer success initiatives.
  • Identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Drive customer adoption and renewal rates.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
  • Create and maintain customer success metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and deliver customer success training programs.
  • Manage customer escalations and issues.
  • Ensure customer success processes are followed and improved.
  • Provide regular reports on customer success performance.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback.
  • Ensure customer success goals are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
  • Ensure customer success processes are scalable and efficient.
  • Develop and implement customer success playbooks.
  • Conduct regular customer health checks.
  • Ensure customer success initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

  • Experience in the DACH region.
  • Experience with enterprise customers.
  • Fluency in additional languages spoken in the DACH region.
