Responsibilities
- Act as a technical and subject-matter expert supporting sales teams during customer engagements
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify client pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Respond to technical and functional inquiries from clients, partners, and internal teams
- Lead strategic initiatives in key accounts, including roadmap reviews and outcome planning sessions
- Provide product teams with insights on feature improvements that meet customer demands
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices and reusable resources for team effectiveness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive offerings and market positioning
- Participate in marketing activities such as executive briefings, trade shows, and user events
