About the Role
Lead client engagements centered on identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic and operational risks. Develop actionable insights and long-term risk frameworks in alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end risk advisory projects from scoping to execution
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and risk exposure
- Design and implement risk management frameworks tailored to client needs
- Evaluate operational processes for vulnerabilities and inefficiencies
- Advise leadership teams on strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Conduct risk assessments across people, processes, and technology
- Identify emerging risks related to market shifts or regulatory changes
- Facilitate workshops and executive sessions on risk posture
- Develop risk mitigation strategies with measurable outcomes
- Oversee risk reporting and dashboard development for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Integrate risk insights into business planning cycles
- Mentor junior team members in risk analysis methodologies
- Contribute to practice development and service offering innovation
- Support business development through proposal creation and client pitches
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of risk trends and frameworks
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulators when required
- Manage multiple engagements with competing deadlines
- Translate complex risk concepts for non-technical audiences
- Promote a culture of proactive risk awareness within client organizations
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business administration or risk-related discipline
- Certified in Enterprise Risk Management (CERM or similar)
- Prior consulting firm experience at national or global level
- Exposure to digital transformation risk assessment
- Experience in cybersecurity risk integration
- Leadership in diversity and inclusion initiatives within teams
