CrossCountry Consulting is looking for a Director – Risk Advisory (Strategic & Operational) to lead engagements assessing and advising on strategic and operational risks. You will provide expertise to clients navigating complex business challenges and regulatory environments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver client engagements focused on strategic risk, operational risk, and internal control assessments.
  • Manage project teams, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop thought leadership and methodologies to address evolving risk landscapes.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members within the advisory practice.

What We're Looking For

  • Substantial professional experience in risk management advisory, internal audit, or a related consulting field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, from scoping to final delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment frameworks, process analysis, and control evaluation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and report writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Work Mode

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring a presence in our New York, NY office. Specific in-office expectations will be defined with the hiring team.
