Jobgether is hiring a Director, Program Management to serve as a strategic and operational leader driving key cross-functional initiatives. In this remote US role, you will partner with program leads to translate organizational strategy into actionable plans, manage risk, and ensure seamless execution across teams.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the operational lead for program teams, partnering with program leads to define, implement, and execute program strategies.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and present program plans, insights, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure effective management of program timelines, costs, risks, and quality, escalating issues when necessary.
- Oversee development and execution of global, integrated project plans aligned with program objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance accountability, alignment, and performance.
- Drive process improvements and share best practices to strengthen program delivery across portfolios.
- Collaborate with partner organizations and alliance teams to integrate external inputs into program strategy.
- Maintain program dashboards and provide regular status reports on deliverables, risks, and issues.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
- 5+ years in program/project management.
- Strong knowledge of drug discovery, development, and clinical research processes, including Phase 3/regulatory submissions across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop program strategy plans and drive cross-functional execution.
- Experience influencing without authority and facilitating complex decisions across diverse teams.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey information to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and lead scenario planning and critical path analyses.
- Proven track record in operational leadership and team development in a scientific or healthcare setting.
