Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy across implementation, delivery, customer experience, and supportability domains.
- Develop and execute a unified end-to-end product vision for operations.
- Enhance decision-making across teams through structured collaboration.
- Improve operational efficiency by redesigning workflows, integrating automation, and adopting practical AI solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers.
- Guide strategic tradeoffs at the portfolio level to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, AI/data science, and applications teams to translate business needs into measurable results.
- Report directly to the Vice President of Product Platform.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders in operations and related functions.
- Establish a consistent operational rhythm for updates, decisions, and cross-team coordination.
- Conduct a comprehensive onboarding review across all operations-related product areas.
- Evaluate the end-to-end permitting process, identifying systems, handoffs, and key pain points.
- Define a clear engagement model with AI/data science and applications teams for intake and prioritization.
- Secure alignment among stakeholders on permitting pilot strategy, architecture, and key milestones.
- Turn initial workflow assessments into a detailed action plan with scope, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Implement a unified cross-functional planning process to improve planning accuracy and communication consistency.
- Lead integrated planning across operations product lanes with defined priorities and tradeoffs.
- Ensure engineering, product, and operations teams are aligned on short-term objectives and decision ownership.
- Deliver a significant milestone in permitting automation, including a live pilot in at least one jurisdiction.
- Create a scalable model for expanding permitting automation to additional regions.
- Serve as the primary product liaison for operations leadership, providing reliable communication and decision support.
- Strengthen the long-term collaboration model between product, AI/data science, and applications teams.
- Publish a forward-looking roadmap highlighting opportunities for operational improvements through automation, AI, and workflow optimization.
