Resilinc is hiring a Director, Product Management - AI Applications to lead the strategic direction and development of our AI-powered product suite. You will define and execute the product roadmap that leverages artificial intelligence to solve critical supply chain challenges for our global customers.

What You'll Do

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Resilinc's AI applications portfolio.
Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, opportunity assessment, and go-to-market planning.
Translate complex customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed iterations.
Champion the voice of the customer within the organization and evangelize the product vision internally and externally.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a significant focus on AI/ML-powered enterprise applications.
Proven track record of successfully bringing complex B2B SaaS products from ideation to market launch and scaling.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, data science workflows, and the practical application of machine learning in software products.
Strong business acumen with experience developing business cases, pricing models, and market analysis.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Experience working in an Agile development environment and using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Productboard).
