Ensure top-tier excellence in visual and interactive design across all product surfaces
Continuously elevate design standards, ensuring a refined and consistent experience that meets the expectations of high-value enterprise clients
Lead a compact, fast-moving design team using a player-coach model—providing mentorship while actively prototyping, coding concepts, and delivering production work
Collaborate with executive product and engineering leaders to refine AI-integrated software development practices
Pioneer AI-first design methodologies and streamline the transition from prototype to functional, shippable code
Enhance and expand the design system and improve the contextual understanding used by AI coding agents
Work closely with product and engineering leadership to identify impactful problems and shape roadmaps that achieve customer goals
Foster a culture rooted in trust, inclusivity, and continuous feedback, emphasizing ownership, growth, and responsibility
Establish and facilitate regular design reviews and critique sessions to improve output quality and develop team skills
Support individual designer growth through coaching in both design mastery and leadership capabilities
Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and scaling the design function as the organization expands
