Responsibilities
- Define and drive the design vision for the platform, guiding how AI transforms enterprise marketing workflows and influencing key product and company directions
- Ensure top-tier excellence in visual and interactive design across all product surfaces
- Continuously elevate design standards, ensuring a refined and consistent experience that meets the expectations of high-value enterprise clients
- Lead a compact, fast-moving design team using a player-coach model—providing mentorship while actively prototyping, coding concepts, and delivering production work
- Collaborate with executive product and engineering leaders to refine AI-integrated software development practices
- Pioneer AI-first design methodologies and streamline the transition from prototype to functional, shippable code
- Enhance and expand the design system and improve the contextual understanding used by AI coding agents
- Work closely with product and engineering leadership to identify impactful problems and shape roadmaps that achieve customer goals
- Foster a culture rooted in trust, inclusivity, and continuous feedback, emphasizing ownership, growth, and responsibility
- Establish and facilitate regular design reviews and critique sessions to improve output quality and develop team skills
- Support individual designer growth through coaching in both design mastery and leadership capabilities
- Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and scaling the design function as the organization expands
